Day 1
Arrive Cochin Airport. Transfer to Mararikulam. Three nights at the beach.
Day 2
At leisure.
Day 3
At leisure.
Day 4
Transfer to Cochin. Sunset harbour cruise. Two nights in Cochin.
Day 5
Half-day guided city tour.
Day 6
Transfer to Thekkady (Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary). Two nights at Thekkady.
Day 7
Soft trek in forest. Guided plantation visit.
Day 8
Transfer to Kumarakom (backwater area). Two nights at Kumarakom.
Day 9
At leisure
Day 10
Houseboat collects you from resort. Cruise backwaters. Two nights on Deluxe
air-conditioned houseboat.
Day 11
Full day cruising the backwaters.
Day 12
Disembark from houseboat and transfer by car to Kovalam. Three nights at beach
hotel.
Day 13
At leisure.
Day 14
At leisure.

Transfer to Trivandrum Airport. Fly home.

Visit the backwaters after Cochin, then transfer to
Thekkady and then visit the temple town of Madurai
in Tamil Nadu before transferring to Kovalam via
Kanyakumari (Cape Comorin).
Reverse the tour, starting in Trivandrum and
finishing in Cochin.
