Select Connections' parent company (Kerala Connections Ltd)
has been operating for 10 years and during that time we have
created a large number of tailor-made holidays to the
satisfaction of the customers. Happy customers then asked us
if we could offer a similar service in North India and this
was why we started Select Connections in 2005. Consequently
the majority of our Select Connections customers are repeat
or recommended customers of Kerala Connections.
We supply all our customer with a questionnaire to complete.
We like to receive this feedback in order to give praise to
individuals for a job well done and to identify problem
areas. The questionnaire is a simple form asking for scores
out of 5 for various aspects of their holiday. We also give
some space for additional comments. Below you will find a
selection of comments from recent customers. |
The local agent was excellent - can't fault them; the driver
was excellent. We were utterly delighted with the service
that we received, it was magnificent - as good as any we

Please add the following feedback to the Select
Connections website. We were met by the agent at every
hotel to greet us and explain procedures at that place.
Excellent guides at Delhi, Agra, Jaipur, Bundi and
Jaisalmer. Ram our driver was excellent, calm, careful and
helpful. He picked up on our interests and then enjoyed
giving us 'bonuses' along the way.

We've had a truly memorable holiday and have loved each
day. Apart from the people that we met and observed, and
the assault on all our senses that India offers, we have
some particular memories that we will treasure. The Taj
Mahal is one of them, obviously, but the others are all of
the country places we visited. We enjoyed the cities but
will long remember seeing a tiger and the other wildlife at
Ranthambhore, a magical afternoon on the Chambal River and
the whole experience at Chhatra Sagar. We are grateful to
you for organising our trip.

We had a wonderful and very memorable holiday in India. Our
driver and three guides were wonderful too. Our favourite
hotel was the Samode Haveli in Jaipur. We were delighted
that we were not ill at all during the trip. Devender Dimri
(the local agent in Delhi) was extremely helpful and made
calls to make sure things were satisfactory. Overall a most
successful holiday and we would recommend you to our
friends.

We had a fantastic time in Udaipur and the arrangements you
made for us all went very well. Our guide was first class
and the trips to the palace and to the jain temple were
memorable. Above all chilling out looking onto Lake Piccola

This was their second holiday with us.
Excellent holiday. The local agent was very good as was the
driver. The local guides were very good. Of the
accommodation we used all were good to excellent - but we
particularly enjoyed the homestay and Ratan Vilas. We would
certainly recommend Select Connections to other people.

Paradise in Jaipur was a business hotel and was in a poor
location. There was no bar and the pool on the roof was next
to the air-con plant. Karoki Haveli was run down and an
extension was under construction. Of the other hotels Sher
Bagh and Clarks were our favourites. Overall we thoroughly
enjoyed our holiday. It was very good value and our comments
are only for your benefit.

We felt a bit over-guided. Most monuments have adequate
information boards and we would have preferred to self-guide
on more occasions. This was not something that I thought
about when booking the holiday. Drivers and driving -

I wanted to thank you both for the superb efficiency we met
with on our recent trip to Delhi and Rajasthan. You
obviously have a very good working partnership with your
local agent.
As far as Sarah and I were concerned the whole experience
was faultless from your point of view. The airline and
hotels were good and the logistics on the ground for meeting
us and transporting us (particularly with Mr Johari) went
like clockwork. Your travel hints were also very useful The
only hitch was brought about externally and well handled so
we did not go away feeling disgruntled.
I also appreciated the way in which you made the whole
booking process so easy and trouble free.
I would happily recommend you to others and on a similar
trip go with you again.
I'm afraid I am not very good with questionnaires, so I hope
you will forgive me and take the above as a substitute!

We have had a fantastic and memorable trip. All the
arrangements worked well and we felt well looked after
throughout. We enjoyed the two train journeys. There were
many highlights and we have taken loads of photos. The bird
watching was wonderful with an excellent guide. The Taj
Mahal was PERFECT. The trip was just long enough and we were
completely satisfied with Select Connections service. We
hope to be repeat customers on our next venture into North

Everything was smooth and according to plan with the
exception of one excursion. The accommodation was very good
in all respects, each hotel was full of character, the car
and driver was excellent in terms of his driving, courtesy,
English language and enthusiasm.
