I wanted to thank you both for the superb efficiency we met
with on our recent trip to Delhi and Rajasthan. You
obviously have a very good working partnership with your
local agent. As far as Sarah and I were concerned the whole experience
was faultless from your point of view. The airline and
hotels were good and the logistics on the ground for meeting
us and transporting us (particularly with Mr Johari) went
like clockwork. Your travel hints were also very useful The
only hitch was brought about externally and well handled so
we did not go away feeling disgruntled.
I also appreciated the way in which you made the whole
booking process so easy and trouble free.
I would happily recommend you to others and on a similar
trip go with you again.
I'm afraid I am not very good with questionnaires, so I hope
you will forgive me and take the above as a substitute!
I will send a note to your Agent in Delhi as obviously his
end of things were an essential contributor to the success
of the trip.

We returned this weekend from a excellent holiday in
Rajasthan. We congratulate you and your wife on your first
class organisation from first to last.
Mr Sheikh Nazir met us in Delhi and clearly had carried out
your requests with our accommodation and arrangements in an
admirable manner. I have completed your questionnaire and
posted this today.
We were very fortunate in our driver, Mr Johari, who was
excellent throughout. Attentive, conscientious, punctual and
drove with confidence in chaotic conditions in the urban
areas.
Our only transient disappointment, acute at the time, was to
find that we were only able to stay one night at the Raj
Palace, Jaipur because of the Indian Government action. They
had taken over the hotel at short notice (less than a week)
for an American delegation.
The Manager of the Raj Palace, Ankur, had booked some
excellent rooms at the Trident Hilton for the 2nd day. She
dealt with our concerns with concern and skill.Your advice concerning tipping was most helpful, and your
General Information document comprehensive.
We were most impressed with the general attitude of the
Indian population with whom we came into contact. They
unfailingly wished to be helpful and hospitable. Jet
Airlines were first class on all the flights.
We will hope to return to India in the future and will have
no hesitation in seeking your services then.

We have had a fantastic and memorable trip. All the
arrangements worked well and we felt well looked after
throughout. We enjoyed the two train journeys. There were
many highlights and we have taken loads of photos. The bird
watching was wonderful with an excellent guide. The Taj
Mahal was PERFECT. The trip was just long enough and we were
completely satisfied with Select Connections service. We
hope to be repeat customers on our next venture into North
India. Thank you very much from 2 very happy travellers.

Everything was smooth and according to plan with the
exception of one excursion. The accommodation was very good
in all respects, each hotel was full of character, the car
and driver was excellent in terms of his driving, courtesy,
English language and enthusiasm.
